Tata Offers Massive Discounts Of Up To Rs. 98,000 This Month

Tata looks to capitalise on the positive sentiments among customers during festive season by offering a range of benefits

Tata Motors, riding on a road of resurgence, wants to make the most out of the festive season uproar and is offering massive discounts this month. The current stint of offers will last until September 23 and if you are in for the market to buy a Tata model, it’s your right time to make a move.

The cumulative discount of Rs. 98,000 includes cash benefits, exchange bonus, corporate discounts, free insurance for one year, and third party insurance for second and third year. Tata’s best-selling Tiago hatchback achieved its highest-ever sales last month with 9,277 units and it has been a breakthrough vehicle since going on sale in April 2016 with Impact design language.

The Tiago, which has 80 percent of customers opting for top-end XZ trim, gets Rs. 40,000 total benefits and resultantly the base model costs Rs. 3.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The Nexon, positioned in a hotly contested segment against Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Ford EcoSport, is one of the feature-packed models you can buy among subcompact SUVs.

It is offered with Rs. 57,000 benefits including discounts with prices starting at Rs. 6.23 lakh for entry-level XE petrol variant. Sedan sibling of Tiago, the Tigor, is not a big volume gatherer as the Tiago and Nexon but the highly capable coupe-styled model can be had with a whopping total benefit of Rs. 73,000. The range-topping Hexa crossover, on the other hand, gains a discount of Rs. 57,000.

The Safari SUV can now be availed with a huge discount of Rs. 87,000 as well. The homegrown automaker is planning to introduce a new variant of the Tigor next month and had already launched the cross-hatch NRG variant of the Tiago just over a week ago. The performance-based Tiago JTP variant with 110 PS 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine and upgraded mechanicals is expected around Diwali as well.

The five-seater Harrier premium SUV is making its local debut in January 2019 before going on sale subsequently. The OMEGA platform based SUV built on a monocoque chassis will compete directly against Hyundai Creta and is the first vehicle to boast Impact Design 2.0 philosophy.
