Tata Nexon completed one year in the Indian market and the company has released the Kraz Limited Edition model as part of the celebration

Tata Motors officially launched Nexon Kraz Limited Edition earlier this week as part of the one-year celebration of the Compact SUV in the Indian market. The company has already dispatched the special edition model to dealerships and here we have some live images of Nexon Kraz Edition at a dealership.

The special edition model is positioned between XM and XT variants as they are available in two trim levels – Kraz and Kraz+. The changes for Kraz special edition are limited to aesthetics as the company has given dual tone colour theme with a silver finish for the roof. The mirrors, wheels and grille are also finished in a neon green colour.

The AC vents and seat stitching also get this same neon green colour finish. Apart from this, the interior remains to be same. Both Kraz and Kraz+ Limited Edition comes with Harman music system, power adjustable OVRMs, USB, Aux and Bluetooth connectivity, multi-function steering wheel, rear parking sensors and more.

The Kraz+ model also gets badging between dials in the centre console and it comes with features like automatic climate control, rear AC vents, power windows, roof rails, electronically foldable mirrors, illuminated and cooled glove box. The company has also given dual airbags, ABS and ISOFIX points as standard on limited edition model.

Tata Nexon Kraz and Kraz+ limited edition is available with petrol and diesel engines. The 1.2 L Revotron petrol engine produces 108 bhp of power at 5,000 rpm and 170 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm. The 1.5 L Revotorq diesel engine puts out 108 bhp at 3,750 rpm and 260 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm.

The power is sent to front wheels via 6-speed manual and AMT gearbox as Tata Motors is not offering four-wheel drive system. The compact SUV returns 17.88 kmpl (Petrol) and 23.97 kmpl (Diesel). Tata Nexon competes against Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport and Renault Duster.
