Tata offering wide range of accessories for Nexon across different trims; list includes Blaupunkt dash cam, LED reading light, puddle lamps
Tata Motors is offering a wide range of accessories for its all-new SUV Nexon. The accessories allow the buyers to equip the lower trims as per their preference. These packages are priced between Rs. 710 and Rs. 50,000, depending on the different accessories. The list of accessories includes puddle lamps with Tata Motors logo projection, mud flaps, Blaupunkt dash cam etc.
Apart from that, Tata is also offering alloy wheels for the XE, XM and XT trims that come with steel wheels as standard fitment. These accessories on offer by the auto major also include reverse parking camera with sensors, LED daytime running lights, LED reading lights, illuminated scuff plates etc for the lower trims. All the buyers need to do is spend a bit extra money.

Tata Motors is betting big on the Nexon SUV to boost its business and market share in the domestic market. The muscular and uniquely designed SUV competes with tough rivals like Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Ford EcoSport. The car is priced very aggressively between Rs. 5.85 lakh and Rs. 9.45 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
In terms of design, the Tata Nexon carries the automaker’s latest IMPACT design language and it boasts several unique styling elements directly from the concept model Tata showed couple of years ago at the Delhi Auto Expo. Not only exterior, inside the cabin too, Tata Nexon looks very interesting and appealing thanks to the design and upmarket features it offers.

On the powertrain front, Tata Nexon is available in both petrol and diesel engine options. The car gets a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine coupled with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The 1.5-litre diesel motor too is paired with a 6-speed MT. The auto major is working on an AMT variant as well that is expected to be launched later in this fiscal.
