Tata Motors to inaugurate five more 3S Facility this fiscal year
With ‘keep going ahead’ attitude and giving something new to the prospective customers, Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, inaugurated its first 3S facility of M/S Excel Vehicles in Tathawade, Pune. Out of the six such facilities, this is the first one and the rest of the five are also going to come up this fiscal year.
Talking about the newly inaugurated facility, located off the Mumbai-Pune-Bangalore Highway, the plant is going to give a complete experience of Sales, Service and Spares to its customers all under one roof. The facility has 24 workshop bays along with professionally trained technicians to handle the whole process. At a time, the Pune facility can handle up to 100 vehicles a day by providing interesting and high-end amenities like express service bays, technicians rest rooms, overnight driver, environmental friendly water conservation equipment treatment plant (ETP), Wi-Fi Connectivity, service parking, electronic and bio-metric attendance systems along with specialized reserved vehicle display areas, giving the whole facility a world-class look and services.
The services don’t end here, as the dealership is also equipped with mobile workshops, which is 24/7 customer support. One can even avail the financing options as well as loyalty programs, including the full service contracts for an improved service experience.
Going ahead, in the industrial hub of Chakan, the company is even planning to start another range of 3S facility plant with two more 3S facility plant for Small Commercial Vehicle Range in Tathawade and Loni. With this partnership of Excel Vehicles with Tata Motors, the company is very hopeful and determined to offer all the products and solutions with highly skilled and trained professionals via Tata’s DRONA training module in the house.
