In a real life incident which happened in Hyderabad, the family was travelling in a Hexa on a highway at speed of 110 kmph and during a sudden tyre burst, the driver lost control. Unfortunately, the Hexa hit the divider on the driver side but the excellent body quality and impact absorption helped the passengers and they are all safe.

Tata Hexa is the successor of Aria and it is one of the newer models from the company based on the latest Impact design philosophy. Tata Motors is offering Hexa in both two wheel and four wheel drive options.

Tata Hexa is powered by 2179 cc diesel engine producing 154 bhp of power at 4,000 rpm and 400 Nm of torque at 1,700 rpm. This engine is mated to 6 speed manual and automatic gearbox options. The Hexa returns 14.4 Kmpl (ARAI) and it is priced between Rs. 12.49 lakh and Rs. 17.89 lakh (Ex-Showroom, Delhi).
