Suzuki Let's dual tone colour launched in India 2

Suzuki Let’s dual tone paint schemes come in three options: Orange and Black, Glass Sparkle Black and Royal Blue and Matte Black

Suzuki’s Indian division has introduced the all-new two-tone colour scheme for the Let’s scooter. Priced at Rs. 48,193 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), the new colour tones have added an extra bit of enthusiasm to the scooter and going by the trend it could appeal for majority of young customers.

The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has offered three different combinations namely Orange and Black (GTW), Glass Sparkle Black (YVB) and Royal Blue and Matte Black (BNU). Suzuki has made available certain updates to the body graphics but in essence the Let’s scooter remains identical to its predecessor every other way.

Moreover, no mechanical modifications have been implemented as well. The Let’s scooter extracts power from a 112.8 cc single-cylinder air-cooled BSIV compliant engine which is good enough to produce a maximum power output of 8.2 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 8.8 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm.

It is connected to a CVT automatic transmission sending power to the wheel. With the SEP technology being employed, the Let’s is claimed to provide perfect balance between performance and fuel economy. Apart from the chequered flag graphics running along the sides of the scooter, there is no other obvious visual change to boast about.

The Let’s has 120 mm drum brakes doing stopping duties up front and rear. Tipping the weighing scale at close to 100 kilograms, the scooter gets suspended on telescopic front forks and swingarm type coil springs at the back. It also features an USB mobile charging port under the seat compartment.

Suzuki is confident that the new dual-tone paint schemes will become a popular choice among discerning young buyers. Rivalling against the likes of TVS Scooty Zest 110 and Honda’s popular Activa-i, the Let’s scooter has a fuel tank capacity of 5.2 litres and it measures 1,805 mm in length, 1,120 mm in height, 655 mm in width and has a wheelbase of 1,250 mm with seat height at 765 mm.
