Suzuki India official website updated: Suzuki GSX-S 1000 & S 1000 F launching soon.
For all the Superbike enthusiasts who missed out on checking the Suzuki Motorcycle Indian website, this is a happy news to make you excited for your next buy. Suzuki India recently updated its official website by adding two new Superbikes Suzuki GSX-S 1000 and S 1000 F, which clearly states that it will hit the Indian market in the coming weeks. These two Suzuki superbikes are expected to be launched sometime in June this year and the website showcases all the necessary details prior to its launch.
Sharing the Powertrain specs with the GSX-1000R, both of these Suzuki Superbikes are going to join the Hayabusa and the GSX-1000R in the company’s lineup. To be offered with tweaks in its style, the Suzuki GSX-S 1000, the high-performance as well as the street fighter bike will be offered with its aggressive style designs for the Indian market. An exposed engine along the bike’s design, split seats for the rider and the rear passenger and a neatly done fuel tank prove the aggressive looks in every way.
Ideal for the long rides, the company has offered the less sporty long handlebars for comfortable riding. Small fenders along its sides along with the engine cowl gives the neat finish to the overall look of the Superbike. Powertrain of Suzuki Motorcycle GSX-S 1000 & S 1000F being shared with the GSX-1000R
In terms of Powertrain, the Suzuki GSX-S 1000 and the S 1000F is offered with the 999cc, 4-cylinder, inline engine churning out 145 HP of power @ 9,500 RPM mated to a 6-speed transmission option. The Superbike also comes equipped with other technology system in the name of 3-mode traction control system, all-digital instrument cluster, and engine management system as well as safety feature like ABS.
With these bikes, Suzuki Motorcycle aims to sell least of 400 units of Superbikes this year and expecting that these two Superbike should help revive the sales number making it a super selling motorcycle of the company’s lineup.
