Initially, the Suzuki Gixxer SF FI is available in 9 cities across India
Suzuki has launched the fuel injection version of the Gixxer SF in India at Rs. 99,262 (ex showroom, Delhi). The bike is christened as Suzuki Gixxer SF FI and it can be booked at an amount of Rs. 5,000. But the sad part is that the bike doesn’t come available everywhere in India, as only 9 cities get the bike initially; which include Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Kochi, Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
The bike was showcased at 2016 New Delhi Auto Expo earlier this year in February, and it brings good news for those, who look for fuel injection over carburetors for the stylish sports bike. Apart from the fuel injection technology the design and the features of the bike remains unchanged. The power output too remains same despite being equipped with fuel injection technology.

While the fuel injection version of the bike is presently available in 9 cities only, it might be available pan India in few days.
The bike is built on a tubular steel frame which reduces the weight. The braking duty is done by dual discs, a 266 mm disc at front and a 240 mm disc at rear. It runs on 17 inch black alloy wheels wrapped with 110/80 front tyre and 140/60R rear tyre. Suspension duty is done by telescopic fork at front and mono shock absorber at rear.
