The custom shop has given new wider handle bars and it comes with adjustable levers for the rider along with an engine protector

For the latest project of Rajaputana Customs, they took the iconic Royal Enfield 500 and given a complete makeover with Scrambler inspired design theme. The theme for this modification is reducing weight and a new design for the RE 500. All the body panels have been removed and replaced with custom designed panels.

Rajaputana Customs has christened the new bike as RE-500 Tracker. The changes start with new round head lamp which is small in size along with fenders which are placed just below the number plate and gives an off-road bike look for the Tracker. The telescopic front suspension gets rubber protectors which will help it from dirt and other things while going off-roading.

The fuel tank design is similar to Scrambler bikes and Tracker comes with a single seat which has stitching on it. To keep weight down, the custom shop has drilled the gear shifter which is thin compared to the original unit.

The Tracker gets engine protector and the rear suspension is taken from Royal Enfield Continental GT. The foot pegs are carried over from regular RE bike but it would have been nice if they have given sporty aluminium finished foot pegs.  Like the front, the rear also gets a small fender to go with the overall design theme.
