This Stunning Royal Indian 100 Is A Clone Of Original Royal Enfield

Royal Udo is a Bhubaneswar based automotive design company that introduced a new bike called Royal Indian and is a clone of Royal Enfield

The cruiser segment in India is ruled by Royal Enfield even though the products didn’t have new technologies, features or performance like its competitors. One of the reasons for huge success is the brand itself as Royal Enfield has cult following in India and the customers are so passionate about the brand.

But Royal Enfield is not very affordable for common people as the starting price is over Rs.1 lakh even for the entry level model. Royal Udo is a Bhubaneswar based automotive design introduced a new bike Royal Indian which is a clone of Royal Enfield. We have seen such products in Chinese market but not in India but the British manufacturer is yet to notice this as it’s a regional design house.

Royal Indian is for people who can’t afford real Royal Enfield bikes. The design is exactly similar to the original products starting with round headlamps and indicators. The single pot instrument design is similar like Thunderbird series but the handlebar is different from Royal Enfield bikes as it comes from some other bike.

The design house has given Royal Enfield like key for the Royal Indian 100. The fuel tank design along with the way name written is same like other Royal Enfield products. The single seat is longer and they tried to give similar design like Standard series. The tail lamp, indicator and even the number plate design is shared with the Standard model.

The exhaust design also mimic of original product but the spoke wheels and suspension is different on this clone model. The exhaust note is similar to Royal Enfield bikes but doesn’t have the perfection. The design house has given kicker and in the video we can see that it doesn’t start instantly even after repeated attempts.

The biggest difference is in engine as it is finished in black colour and we don’t know which engine is used. Royal Enfield offers 350 and 500 cc engine displacement on their popular models. This Royal India is priced at Rs. 70,000 and we don’t know whether they manufacturer depending on the order by customers but still it doesn’t even come close to the original Royal Enfield products.
