Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, Hunter 450 roadster, production version of SG650 concept and new-gen Bullet 350 are expected to launch this FY

Royal Enfield is developing a host of new motorcycles across different segments: 350 cc, 450 cc and 650 cc along with EVs. In the current Financial Year, the homegrown brand is expected to launch at least four new motorcycles and here we have explained all of them:

1. Royal Enfield Himalayan 450:

The Himalayan 450 has been caught testing multiple times in India over the last few months. It will likely make its global debut in the coming months before its local market launch. The dual-purpose adventure tourer will act as a direct rival to the KTM 390 Adventure and could undercut the Austrian competitor by a significant margin.

It sits on a brand-new frame, which is expected to be lighter than the one found in the Himalayan 411 and Scram 411. It will apparently be positioned above the existing Himalayan and will derive power from a brand new 450 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine developing around 40 bhp. It will be paired with a six-speed transmission. A new fully-digital instrument console, long travel USD front forks, offset rear monoshock, dual-channel ABS, slipper clutch, etc will be available.

2. New-Gen Royal Enfield Bullet 350:

The Bullet 350 has long been expected to get a brand new generation in India and it has also been spied many times, although not much in recent times. We do expect the Chennai-based manufacturer to introduce the new-gen Bullet 350 in the coming months and it will have a lot in common with the existing Classic 350 including the chassis, mechanical bits and engine.

It could retain its status as one of the most affordable offerings from RE and will feature an air- and oil-cooled engine, paired with a five-speed transmission. It will boast a revised design and colour schemes and new accessories could also be offered.

3. Royal Enfield Hunter 450:

Internet reports suggest that following the Himalayan 450, Royal Enfield will launch a new roadster powered by the same 450 cc engine as in the adv. It could be dubbed the Hunter 450 and will take on the likes of the KTM 390 Duke, BMW G310 R and the upcoming TVS Apache RTR 310.

4. Royal Enfield Shotgun 650:
