Royal Enfield entered the segment above 500 cc with its new 650 cc twins – the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 – as they were unveiled at 2017 EICMA in Milan before making India debut at the Rider Mania 2017 event.
The brand has long been cherishing a plan to strengthen its grip in the middleweight category motorcycle market and these new models are going to play key role in that strategy. A brand new engine has been fitted to the Continental GT, while a fresh new motorcycle had also been introduced in form of the Interceptor 650.
