Himalayan 410cc will a touring version and an adventure version, Royal Enfield is rolling faster than expected

After successfully launching the Continental GT in India, Himalayan is the next product that will be all-new from the scratch. Himalayan is all set to come in two types of form and function. The one seen in earlier pics were touring models with an all new engine which still had raised suspension and all new chassis and shape.

The new version caught was the adventure version with even high lifted suspension, windscreen and much more. Both of these bikes are set to get the all new 410cc engine which make around 35 BHP and 40 Nm of torque, specs which are truly in line of thumper bikes.

These two Himalayan 410cc bikes should early 2016 or late 2015 and will gain huge traction as new year and festive season distance isn’t that much. Royal Enfield says they are increasing the production capacity buy a substantial margin. All of this means that the bike will be made available quickly and customers need not to wait for the bikes to come from the thumping manufacturer in one year and plus. Expect these bikes to be priced just below the Continental GT which is around two lakh mark. The adventure versions of the Himalayan 410cc should be costlier though. There will be a heap load of accessories and other bits on offer to suit riders needs.

The video which has surfaced show the acceleration of the Himalayan 410cc and it also shows the kind of presence this bike has. Camouflaged or not this bike is going to be head turner in it’s on way. A sporty and thumping motorcycle at the same time in the right color and accessories.

We expect the Harris Performance to be a part of the chassis development of the Himalayan 410cc. The engine should be more refined and powerful and obviously more niggles free than before. All over to you Royal Enfield, this could be the next big thing from the iconic motorcycle maker.
