Royal Enfield Bullet Trials accessories are priced between Rs. 600 and Rs. 2,700 and they can also be bolted on to the regular Classic models
We revealed the story about the existence of the Bullet 350 and Bullet 500 Trials several months ago and Royal Enfield made it official by launching the new variants with prices of Rs. 1.62 lakh and Rs. 2.07 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi) respectively. The homegrown two-wheeler manufacturer has effectively made them the most affordable scramblers you can buy courtesy of the changes made.
Royal Enfield Bullet Trials Works Replica models are based on the regular Classic models and inspired by Johnny Brittain, whose Trials motorcycle won over 50 championships between 1948 and 1965. His reign of victories began in 1948 and thus in commemoration, the number 48 is slapped on to the battery box cover on the left side of the 500.
A major difference between the Bullet 350 Trials and Bullet 500 Trials is the orange frame on the former and the green frame on the 500 model along with receiving chrome highlights on either side of the tank. The single seats feature a carrier in place of the pillion seat and the bash plate in newly designed as well.
The engine guard is minimalistic while there are new suspension covers, handlebar, an upswept exhaust system, retro headlight protector and fenders. Moreover, for the safety of the off-road thirsty riders, a dual-channel ABS system is provided as standard on both the motorcycles.
Royal Enfield has also presented a number of custom accessories to add more flair to the Trials duo and they are showcased in our gallery. These components can be fitted on to the Bullet Trials in just a matter of an hour and to make them attractive for buyers the brand gives standard warranty of two years.
These accessories can also be used on the standard Classic 350 and 500 giving them trials characteristics with less price increase. The handlebar brace pad costs Rs. 600 while the stainless steel engine guard is the most expensive at Rs. 2,700. The knuckle guards, aluminium sump guard and number board are priced at Rs. 2,200, Rs. 2,650 and Rs. 1,850 respectively. The headlight guard, on the other hand, costs Rs. 1,200.
