The upcoming artificial intelligence enabled motorcycle from Revolt Intellicorp promises to offer a range of 150 km on a full charge
We already have informed you earlier that the Gurgaon-based start-up Revolt Intellicorp’s unnamed electric bike was spotted testing recently. The upcoming artificial intelligence enabled motorcycle was caught testing again and that too without a camouflage this time. The electric motorcycle looked almost production ready because all its body panels and other parts seemed to be in their right places.
The reports online state that the motorcycle is slated to be launched in the month of June 2019. It also states that the company is working on three different electric vehicles as well that are meant for different segments. The spied electric motorcycle that was spotted recently featured a projector style headlamps with vertically stacked DRL’s towards the front.
The side turn indicators and taillamps are also LED units as well. It even features a fully digital instrument cluster that will most probably also get LTE and Smart card connectivity. This fully digital instrument cluster will get Smart functions besides providing all the necessary information such as distance covered, real-time battery charge percentage and range, etc.
The test mule was spotted with a single piece handlebar and a single piece seat. The seating triangle seemed upright with footpegs positioned towards the centre. The test mule was spotted with an inverted fork up front and a monoshock setup towards the rear. The electric bike most probably will also get an aluminium swingarm as well.
The upcoming electric bike depends on disc brake towards the front as well as rear for stopping and will also get a dual channel ABS as standard. The motorcycle will use an imported battery pack and motor for now but the company is also looking for 100 per cent localization by the end of FY 2020.
The upcoming electric bike has a top speed of around 85 km/h mark and promised to offer a range of over 150 km on a full charge. Like we already mentioned above the motorcycle will most probably be launched towards the month of June and there are no details of the prices available at this moment.
