Rajputna Customs is one of the best customizing shops in the country. They are based in Jaipur and started operations in 2010. Their custom bikes look and feel way better than others as the perfection and craftsmanship is in another level compared to the competition. In the latest project they have taken Royal Enfield Iron Cast 350 and turned it into a retro inspired bike which is christened as Nawab Classic.
The modification starts with new headlamps which is similar to the stock bike but the housing is different. The front fork is also different and the mud guard has been removed. The fuel tank is custom made for the Nawab Classic and the handle bar is clip on type which are positioned in a sporty position. For the minimalistic look, they haven’t given instrument cluster.

The single seat is positioned low on the body with foot pegs placed in a forward position and the riding position is designed specially for the owner requirement. But they have given rear foot pegs so there must be an option for rear seats which can be placed if needed. The rear gets small mud guard which end by the middle and Nawab doesn’t get rear tail lamps also.
The twin shock absorbers at the rear are stock but they are positioned slightly different to the stock bike. The Nawab Classic comes with spoke wheels with bigger tyres which are wider and has big side walls compared to regular tyres. Royal Enfield discontinued cast iron Bullets in 2007 and they were replaced with modern engines but hard core fans still like the cast iron models.

The stock Cast Iron 350 is powered by 346 cc air-cooled four stroke engine producing 18.3 hp of power at 5625 rpm and 26.9 Nm of torque at 2875 rpm. This engine is mated to 5 speed gearbox. From the images we can see some changes for the engine and they might have tuned it for better performance.
The Nawab Classic 350 is finish in matte black colour and it will take two months for the custom shop to complete the modification. The price of Nawab is Rs. 3.75 Lakh excluding the price of donor bike but the modification is really worth as it transforms the Classic 350 into a retro bike.
