Ola Electric has today announced on Twitter that it is offering a new upgrade to the suspension system of the S1 series as the customers get a new front fork setup free of cost. Ola has taken swift action to remove any concern and this move is highly applauded by the S1 community. The owners wanting to have the upgrade can book appointments at Ola’s experience centres or service centres and get it done. The Bengaluru-based manufacturer has noted that the new front fork design comes as a result of a ‘continuous engineering and design improvement process’.

Ola Wrote: “..as part of our continuous engineering and design improvement process, we have recently upgraded the front fork design to enhance the durability and strength even further.” It’s welcoming to see the brand responding to the requirements of its customers and enhancing its overall product.ola s1 front fork update

The company has further stated: “Recently, there have been some concerns amongst the community around the safety of the front fork arm. We assure you that this is unfounded. At Ola, all components of our scooters including the front fork arm are thoroughly tested under extreme conditions and are engineered with a factor of safety much higher than the typical loads encountered on vehicles.”

Ola is currently the best-selling electric two-wheeler manufacturer in India and it has grown leaps and bounds over the last year or so. The Ola S1 community now has over two lakh members and is growing further thick and fast. The appointment window for customers will open on March 22, 2023 and the brand will reach out to the owners of the S1 series with a detailed process for booking an appointment soon.
