Also, during the campaign scheduled Nissan and Datsun’s 148 outlets across the country will save 2.8 million litres of water through the eight day waterless car cleaning initiative.
The Japanese automaker has also tied up with Paytm in order to offer the customers convenience of easy and smooth cashless transactions. Nissan claims that with this initiative, it can save 130 million litres of precious water every year. Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput was present to inaugurate the environment friendly campaign at a newly launched Nissan workshop in Gurgaon.
As Nissan claims, it uses a new washing solution to the cars that doesn’t require additional water. This unique solution will be available for the customers across the country at Nissan and Datsun service centres. The auto major says that this is a part of the band’s commitment to improve and offer the great after sales service to the Nissan customers.
Despite being present for quite sometime in the country market, Nissan is yet to grab a sizeable market share here. In an attempt to increase the market share by boosting sales, Nissan is aiming to roll out some exciting products in near future. Apart from that, the brand is also relying on new technologies and stylish design.
Nissan owned budget car brand Datsun too is focusing on similar strategy. Datsun is now preparing to launch its next product Datsun Go Cross in India. Upon arrival, this is going to be the flagship product from the brand and it will lock horns with tough rivals like Ford EcoSport and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza.
