Next Generation TVS Apache looks bigger; design is totally inspired from Draken concept shown at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo.
TVS has been one of those few manufacturers who take lot of time to come up with new products. But, the products are very competitive, Stylish and efficient in every way. The TVS Draken concept was showcased at the Auto Expo 2014 and before the next Auto Expo begins, TVS is bound to launch it soon. Sources have confirmed that there will be a launch at the end of this month and another rumor says that the Next Generation Apache would arrive first followed by the Victor.
Next Generation TVS Apache seen here has everything big in size with the huge exhaust, fatter tyres, protrusions to the ground and bikini fairing at the front. The size of the belly fairing below is also very big indeed. However, the headlight looks slim, tall and very sharp as seen from the picture below.
The mudguard at the rear along with indicators, levers, mirrors, golden color front forks remain the same as before. Multispoke alloy wheels, flat handlebars and petal discs are set to be introduced on the Next Generation TVS Apache as well.
The engine is more likely to be in the 200 / 250cc category which should churn out as close to 30 BHP considering the concept last year had showcased 35 BHP power from a 200cc engine. This is set to happen because all 200/250cc competitors right now have 30 BHP engines in international or domestic market ready for launch in the near future.
The chassis, single down tube, is set to remain the same as seen on the previous Apache model whilst the 160 will also soon be revamped as well. We will keep you updated on the launch dates and everything that goes with it, so until then watch this space for more action!
