The Ford Endeavour 2016 has just been caught on candid camera doing rounds on the streets of Bangalore
The Next generation Ford Endeavour2016 has just been spotted on Indian streets. This time the SUV has been seen with no disguise at all. Three units of the Endeavor were spotted – one in silver, one in dark and one in red. Ford is expected to launch the same in India towards the fag end of this year or in the first quarter of 2016.
Ford Endeavour 2016 has recently got itself a listing on Ford’s Indian website too, which pretty much hints towards an upcoming launch in near future. The SUV has a trapezoidal grille up front with projector headlamps that lend a butch look to the SUV. The rear gets wraparound tail lamps and the macho look continues to the rear as well.
The bumpers come shod with scuff plates. The fog lamps up front are neatly integrated into the front bumper. The rear gets parking sensors and a horizontal chrome strip runs between the tail lamps. The roof gets a rear spoiler and roof rails add a touch of ruggedness to the Ford Endeavour 2016. The ORVMS gets integrated turn indicators.
The 7-seater next generation Ford Endeavour 2016 gets an all-new dashboard with a new centre console which looks quite good to say the least. You get steering mounted controls on the inside and the all new Ford SYNC2 infotainment system as well. There will be an option of a 4-cylinder 2.2 litre diesel motor and a 3.2-litre 5-cylinder diesel motor available with the SUV. It will be available likewise in 2-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive options for the customers.
The Next generation Ford Endeavour 2016 will be going up against the likes of Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Next generation Toyota Fortuner and the Ssangyong Rexton. Expect it to start at a price of Rs 20 lakhs for the base model with the top model costing around the Rs 25 lakh mark.
