New Upcoming SUVs In India By Diwali 2022 – Hyryder To Grand Vitara

As many as 8 new SUVs including the Hybrid duo SUVs from Toyota and Maruti will be making their debut in India in the next few weeks

With festive seasons almost starting in the country, many of the car manufacturers in India are not only updating their Indian portfolio but are also launching many new offerings for buyers. Here is a list of the top upcoming SUVs in India by Diwali 2022.

1. Hyundai Venue N Line

The Hyundai Venue is appreciated for its feature-rich and good-looking package but the brand will soon be launching a performance-oriented version with cosmetic as well as mechanical updates. To be the second product in the N-Line series, the New Hyundai Venue N-Line will make its debut in India on September 6, 2022.

2. Mahindra XUV400 Electric SUV

It’s been a while since Mahindra first showcased the new XUV400 electric SUV and will be launching it in the country on September 8, 2022. The new XUV400 will be based on the existing iteration of the XUV300 but will be longer in length and will boast updated exterior styling. This new Mahindra electric SUV will lock its horns with Tata Nexon EV, MG ZS EV, and other electric cars available at this price.

3. Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder

The new Urban Cruiser Hyryder will take on other midsize SUVs like the Hyundai Creta and the Kia Seltos once it is launched in India next month. The car will be available with two powertrain options, a premium and feature-rich cabin, and an aggressive exterior styling.

4. Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara

The Grand Vitara will be the first hybrid SUV in Maruti’s portfolio and will offer a premium and a good-looking package for the buyers. Just like the Urban Cruiser Hyryder Hyryrder, the GVrand Viatar will also be available with two powertrain options including a new strong hybrid petrol engine.

5. Kia Sonet X Line

Just like the Seltos X Line, the new Kia Sonet X Line will soon be launched in the country to attract buyers looking for a sportier version of the compact SUV and will offer updated exteriors, new cabin colour schemes, and bigger alloy wheels. No major mechanical changes will be made to the car.

6. Updated Mahindra XUV300

The new XUV300 will be offered with the new 1.2L mStallion petrol engine and will also offer some updated styling elements to give it a fresh stance. The car will also be available with a diesel engine and is expected to launch in the next couple of weeks.

7. MG Hector Facelift

MG recently teased the upcoming Hector facelift in India and will be offering an updated front design in addition to better safety features, a new and larger touchscreen infotainment system, and some new features.

8. New Tata Harrier/Safari

While Tata is yet to share more details about the launch, it is also expected to launch the updated versions of the Harrier and the Safari in India. The updated iteration is expected to be offered with a new petrol engine, new features, and updated styling.
