The all new Porsche Panamera 4S comes with revised exterior, interior and powertrain; comes with sharper and stunning design
Porsche has already revealed the second generation Panamera, and now the Stuttgart based German car maker has released some video’s showing the high performance version of the model – Panamera 4S. The all new Porsche Panamera 4S comes featuring a sharper and stunning design compared to the outgoing model. The Panamera is dubbed as the ‘sports car among luxury sedans’, and the new generation model truly justifies title.
The new Panamera 4S is based on the MSB platform like the regular Panamera, and compared to the outgoing model dimensionally it comes longer, wider and taller. The entire aluminum structure has helped it in being lightweight alongside the new platform, which has helped the car in being more fuel efficient. The LED daytime running lights at the front get updated, while the LED taillights at rear also sport a revised look.

Porsche offers an optional panoramic roof with the car, which simply enhances appeal. The car runs on 19 inch wheels as standard for the base model, while the turbo comes running on 20 inch wheels. The car features several updates inside the cabin offering a truly hi-tech experience. The instrument cluster gets a centrally mounted tachometer inspired by 195 356 A.
Among other features in the car are 7 inch digital dials at instrument cluster, a large 12.3 inch touchscreen Porsche Communication Management (PCM) infotainment system. Porsche also offers a 1,455 watt Burmester 3D audio system as option, which comes incorporating 21 speakers deliver 126 decibels.
On the powertrain front the new Panamera 4S is equipped with a 2.9 litre biturbo V6 engine churning out 440 hp of peak power at 5,650 rpm and 550 Nm of peak torque. This marks a power output increase of 20 hp and torque output increase of 30 Nm. The car can accelerate 0 – 100 kmph in just 4.2 seconds with the help of optional Sport Chrono Package, while the top speed for the car is 289 kmph.
