Within a year of the launch of facelifted Elite i20, Hyundai has added new variants and features to the premium hatchback

Hyundai Elite i20 takes on the likes of Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Honda Jazz in the Indian car market. Hyundai launched the facelifted version of the Elite i20 at the 2018 Auto Expo and within a year of its launch, the updated model comes into play. The updated Elite i20 is not altered visually or mechanically but it gets new variants and also features.

We have accessed the price list of the upcoming car and we can confirm that the new Hyundai Elite i20 is offered in 12 variants in total as opposed to 14 variants. Also, as many as 8 new variants are offered and many older variants got discontinued after the update. Here is a list of variants and their prices:

Keeping up with the upcoming rules, all the variants of the upcoming Hyundai Elite i20 now feature rear parking sensors. Also, Hyundai has added eco-coating technology for all the variants as standard. The Magna+ variant now gets Bluetooth connectivity, steering mounted audio controls, keyless entry, LED DRLs, LED fog lamps and chrome grille.

The Sportz+ variant gets two different types of alloy designs, touchscreen infotainment system, sliding front armrest, tilt and telescopic adjustment for the steering wheel. The CVT variant gets wireless charging.

The Asta version, which is the top-end version now gets automatic CVT transmission with the petrol engine. It remains powered by the same set of 1.2-litre petrol engine and 1.4-litre diesel engines.
