RS Moto makes Swar even more special as instrument pod, battery box cover, foot pegs and air filter cover are made from Copper

Royal Enfield is the popular choice, when it comes to customization. The latest modification comes from Kathmandu based RS Moto and it is owned by Raajib who is a hardcore Royal Enfield enthusiast. The custom shop took Royal Enfield 350 as donor bike and the only things which were out sourced from outside are clutch case and leather seats.

The custom shop took some time to finalize design as Raajib know what will work and what doesn’t as he has year of experience in building custom bikes. Initially everything was stripped out and then the work began with replacing old suspension with new upside down forks at front and smaller headlamps, which goes well with the overall design.

The front fender is small and they have given a single piece handler bar. The Swar comes with single pod instrument cluster, which has speedometer and odometer along with necessary signals integrated into it. The stock fuel tank has been replaced with a custom made unit for Swar and they continued with same design theme for battery box.

The most unique part of Swar is its clutch casing, which has a custom engraving done by a local statue engraver. The custom shop has given a single seat for Swar and leather seat cover was stitched by Latido Leather but the design was given by Raajib. The rider seat is very thin compared to normal bikes.


RS Moto makes Swar even more special as instrument pod, battery box cover, foot pegs and air filter cover is made from Copper. The custom shop has also given new rear fender with tail lamp integrated into it.  The stock rear suspension has been replaced by Paioli piggyback gas charged dual suspension, which is tuned for comfortable ride.

The engine remains stock and Swar come with new custom made exhaust, which has snake like design. The custom shop has given spoke wheels with wider Firestone tyres and braking duties are handled by disc at front and drum at rear. The Swar is finished in silver and grey finish along with gold plating for foot pegs. RS Moto took three months to complete the project and it is certainly one of the best mod for RE.
