The Sport Edition of A-Class, CLA and GLA feature AMG inspired exterior features
German luxury automobile brand Mercedes Benz launches special edition models of the A-Class, CLA and GLA to celebrate the ongoing 2016 UEFA EURO Championship. The special edition models have been christened as ‘Sport Edition’, and these cars adorn sporty exterior features to make the cars visually more appealing and special. Visibly, these Sport Edition models come with inspiration from the AMG models, and these “Sport Edition” of the A-Class, CLA and GLA will be available until 10th July, 2016.
All the Sport Edition models come with a special badge reading “Sport Edition”. The Mercedes Benz Sport Edition A-Class features front apron spoiler lip and diamond pattern black painted front grille. The front fascia looks aggressive and trimmed. At the rear profile, the car has received rear diffuser like apron trim and roof spoiler, which adds on zing to the car by making it sportier. These features help the car to achieve improved aerodynamics and make this car bolder as well.
The “Sport Edition” of the Mercedes Benz CLA come fitted with AMG inspired large front air intakes and spoiler lip painted in body colour, side skirts which visually make the car aggressive and sporty. The rear profile of the car have been designed to portray a coupe like appearance, and muscular fascia.
On the other hand the Mercedes Benz GLA also gets a “Sport Edition” which sports front splitters finished in matt titanium grey and larger side air intake, which make it aggressive. The AMG front apron is the feature, which make it sportier than the normal variant. The rear gets athletic shoulders portraying powerful stance of a muscular SUV.
Apart from these features the standard features of these three “Sport Edition” models are distinctive “Sport Edition” badge, carbon fibre wing mirror caps, stainless steel made sport pedals inside the cabin, Black hub cap and valve cap. No mechanical changes have been made.
