Mercedes-Benz C-Class gets ambient lighting inspired by S-Class alongside seat comfort package with heat and sound absorbing acoustic glass

Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan gets ambient lighting feature inspired by range-topping S-Class luxury sedan. The ambient lighting comes as a part of the ‘Ambient Pack’, which also includes het and sound absorbing acoustic glass. With the seat comfort package, Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan receives electro-pneumatic 4-stage lumber support and multi-mode adjustable front seats.

With the ‘Ambient Pack’ he German luxury automaker is also offering improved passenger comfort by reducing cockpit noise up to 10 decibels. For this Mercedes-Benz has introduced acoustic glass which absorbs hat and sound. German luxury automaker’s range-topping S-Class was the first car to receive ambient lighting, which enhances the premium appeal inside the cabin. Later the company introduced this feature in E-Class as well, and now C-Class also receives the same feature.

Ambient lighting inside the cabin of Mercedes-Benz C-Class comes available in three different colours and also there are five different brightness levels available. Ambient lighting feature in incorporated to the centre console, cup holders, footwells, door panels and door sill trims as well. The ‘Ambient Pack’ is available with all the C-Class variants.

Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan is one of the most affordable luxury sedan of offer from the German automaker. It comes sporting an elegant and stylish design. It gets sharp headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights, large front grille with chrome slats holding the three-star logo at centre. It also comes with bold alloy wheels, sharp character lines, nicely curved roofline, and large prominent taillights. Inside its cabin too, the car gets several luxury features.

In India Mercedes-Benz C-Class is available in three different engine options including both petrol and diesel units. Petrol engine options include a 2.0-litre engine and the range-topping variant gets a 4.0-litre engine under hood. On the diesel front, Mercedes-Benz C-Class is available with a single engine option which is a 2.2-litre unit. Prices for the C-Class sedan range between Rs. 39.63 lakh and Rs. 1.33 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi).
