Hyundai will soon launch the sub-4m SUV in the Indian market to take on the likes of Tata Nexon and Ford EcoSport, the interiors have been seen for the first time

Hyundai is India’s second-larger carmaker in the Indian market. With the rising popularity of SUVs in the Indian market, Hyundai decided to launch a sub-4m compact SUV in the Indian market to take on the popular models like Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza.

Codenamed as QXi, the upcoming SUV has been testing for a long time now in the international markets. It will be a global car and will be launched in various markets. For the first time ever, the interiors of the Hyundai QXi have been caught in spy pictures.

The dashboard remains heavily camouflaged but the cabin has been revealed. The front seats get the adjustable headrests. The rear seats are not visible in the pictures. The pictures also reveal the amount of space inside the vehicle, which looks quite generous from the pictures. The passengers would get ample headroom and ample legroom too. Even the rear passengers will be able to boast about the good amount of space inside.

The pictures reveal that the interiors are all-black. However, as it is a pre-production model, it can change at the time of the launch. It may also get India-specific changes like dual-tone interior or a bigger rear window.

Even though the dashboard has not been revealed, it is being speculated that the QXi would get an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Hyundai is popular for the long list of features and the QXi would not be different either. The car is expected to come with a sunroof, seven airbags, and various other premium features.
