For the first time, Maruti Suzuki makes it to the top 10 list of most valuable auto brand in the world. This is a big achievement for the largest car maker in India as it is the first time that an Indian manufacturer enters the list.
Maruti Suzuki is in the 9th position and the company is valued at $ 6,375 Billion. The company achieved this position thanks to Nexa dealerships which offers luxurious feel for the customers without any significant bump in price tag for the models. This is one of the best initiatives by the manufacturer to improve custom satisfaction which is important for Maruti Suzuki.

Globally SUVs are getting more popular and Maruti Suzuki had Vitara Brezza in their portfolio which is leading the SUV segment in India. This has also contributed to increasing the value of the manufacturer. The Indo-Japanese brand is ahead of Volkswagen not the group which own other companies and they are valued at $ 5,986 Billion.
The number one position in top 10 list of most valuable auto brand is Toyota and this is the sixth year in succession that the company has managed to hold on to the number one position. The Japanese manufacturer is famous for its legendary reliability and low maintenance cost which made it popular among customers around the world.

The value of Toyota is $ 29,987 Billion this year and the company has posted 5 percent growth compared to last year. Mercedes Benz is in second position with a value of $ 25,684 Billion. The German manufacturer has posted 9 percent growth in value compared to previous year. BMW is in third position which is the arch rival of Mercedes as they keep fighting for number one position in global luxury car title.
The gap between Mercedes Benz and BMW is very low as BMW is value at $ 25,624 Billion and they posted growth of 4 percent. Ford is in 4 position and they posted a growth of just 1 percent as the American manufactured value is $ 12,742. Honda, Nissan and Audi are in 5th, 6th and 7th positions respectively followed by Tesla Motors in 8th position.
