Maruti Suzuki Ertiga gets biggest discount of Rs. 90,100; the brand hopes to see year-end sales boost
Maruti Suzuki is offering impressive cash discount on new cars and generous exchange bonus for the old cars in two different categories. The auto manufacturer believes this will further boost its December sales. Ertiga diesel comes with biggest surprise as it gets total benefit of Rs. 90,100. Cash discount for the car is Rs. 40,000 and there is an exchange bonus of Rs. 45,000 on offer.
Alongside the above benefits, Maruti Suzuki is also offering Rs. 5,100 of special institutional sales offer for the Indian Railway and Life Insurance Corporation employees. So far, discounts new models range up to Rs. 40,000, while old cars (0-7 years) get exchange bonus of up to Rs. 45,000. Cars older than 7 years are also getting exchange bonus of up to Rs. 35,000.

So far, country’s biggest car manufacturer brand is offering these discount and exchange bonus on several models. As the Indo-Japanese car brand claims, with all the benefits available, including cash discounts, exchange bonus and special institutional sales offer the buyers can save a lot across its offerings in domestic market.
While models like Alto 800, Alto K10, Celerio, Wagon R, Ertiga, Swift etc are being offered with these saving options, the popular models like new Dzire compact sedan and Vitara Brezza compact SUV along with the premium cars sold through Nexa are not in this list.

Maruti Suzuki currently holds around 50% of the Indian car market and the brand aims to increase its stake further in coming days. The brand posted 144,297 units of sales in November 2017 that marked 14% YoY growth and its MoM growth marked 7% hike. New generation Maruti cars like Dzire, Vitara Brezza played key role in this success story.
The automaker is now gearing up to introduce couple of new products in coming months. These cars include the much awaited new Swift hatchback that comes with a completely redesigned appearance. Also, the facelifted Ciaz too is one of the most awaited models from the brand that is ready to hit the market soon.
