Fast forward to over twenty-two years, the latest K10 uses a 1.0L Dual Jet Dual VVT petrol engine and is available with a seven-inch SmartPlay Studio touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

The Alto has been a dependable choice for buyers due to its easy manoeuvrability through traffic conditions, high fuel efficiency, low cost of maintenance and above them all, affordability. It is adored by first-time buyers as well as the ones wanting to have an additional car for everyday driving needs.

In 2012, the Alto series reached the 20 lakh sales milestone while the next 10 lakh units just took four more years. Another 4 years passed by, the largest car producer in the country added 10 more lakhs to its overall tally. The first-gen Alto K10 was introduced in 2010 before the arrival of the second generation in 2014. The latest K10 is a thorough overhaul compared to its predecessors.
