In the UV segment Maruti Suzuki has registered a very impressive 48.3% growth with 25,781 units sold in July 2017 compared to 17,382 units in same month last year. A large part of this number has been contributed by the very popular compact SUV Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza.

The compact car segment too has seen 25.3% growth which is majorly attributed to the high sales of the premium hatchback Baleno and the newly launched Dzire, which has seen immense popularity within short span after its launch.
