Maruti offering year end discounts as December year end savings (with exchange bonus) meant customers can benefit largely
The month of December will see automakers availing big discounts to customers in order to push the stock inventory. Maruti Suzuki, the leading car manufacturer in the country, is in a position of launching several vehicles in the upcoming calendar year. The Indo-Japanese company is expected to grace the Indian market with Ignis micro-SUV in early 2017, facelifted Ciaz by April, new generation Swift Dzire and an all-new Swift later in the year.
This should be accompanied by limited edition of other models as well. Therefore, the month of December could be crucial than ever for the sales of hot-selling products undergoing new generation or facelift next year. Starting from the entry-level Alto, its range will see the K10 AMT being discounted the most with upto Rs. 61,500. Customers of the Celerio diesel small car is benefitted with Rs. 80,000 while the Wagon R series encountered with a cash discount of Rs. 81,500 along with exchange bonus.

Buyers of new Swift petrol and diesel variants will be enduring a discount of up to Rs. 43,000 and Rs. 40,000 respectively. The sub-4m Swift Dzire petrol trims will face cash reductions as far as Rs. 35,000 while the highly preferred Dzire diesel models will be sold with reduced price of Rs. 50,000. However, the AMT version is the one provided with highest discount in the range at Rs. 51,500. As we go higher up the segment, the Ciaz diesel features exchange benefits of upto Rs. 70,000. The successfully running Baleno and Vitara Brezza won’t come under these discounts.
