Maruti Launches Exclusive Nexa Service Centre Network

Nexa premium service network will cater the Maruti models sold through the Nexa retail chain

Maruti Suzuki has launched its exclusive Nexa premium service centre network. This service chain will cater the premium cars sold through the automaker’s Nexa retail chain. With the first one launched in Gurgaon, the company aims to set up 30 Nexa service centres soon in metro cities across the country. These service centres will offer the buyers a premium aftersales experience.

These outlets will be similar to the Nexa showrooms in terms of appearance. Customers can book the service online and through the dedicated My Nexa app. Also, they can check live feed of their vehicle being serviced through the app. These service centres will come with state-of-art service bays and highly skilled professionals as well.

The Nexa service centres will come with a special lounge area for the customers who can check their vehicle being serviced through glass partition. Also, this lounge will provide Wi-Fi service and LED screens. To check for any issue in the cars there will be dedicated tester line in these service centres. Maruti Suzuki also ensures the cars are serviced in dedicated time with the reverse time tracking.

Apart from delivering swift and premium service experience, Maruti Suzuki Nexa service centres will also come equipped with LED lighting in order to preserve energy. To keep the exhaust gases out of the service area, these service centres will use an all-new exhaust extraction system. In the initial phase, the company focuses to launch the Nexa service centres in those cities where Nexa retail outlets have earned high sales volume.
