Suzuki made global debut of the e-SURVIVOR concept at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show and it could potentially preview an India-bound electric AWD in the near future. Maruti Suzuki could have something lineup based on the concept in the years to come as a small electric architecture could be based around it.
It has greeted spectators at the 2018 Auto Expo. Glancing over the e-SURVIVOR concept, you can see that it has bold appeal with vertically slated front grille having blue accent. It is flanked by round shaped headlamps with integrated LED Daytime Running Lights. The front bumper has a quirky look with high riding stance.

The concept gets chunky, off-roading focussed tyres wrapped around the alloy wheels and has glass panel making the interior visible and C-shaped LED tail lights at the rear. Dimensionally, it measures about 3,460 mm in length, 1,645 mm in width and it also has height of 1,655 mm.
As for the powertrain, it has two electric motors fitted to each axle and powered by a large battery pack mated to Suzuki’s AWD system. It is claimed to have a good running range on a single charge. Maruti Suzuki’s pavilion will be one of the most-visited places at this year’s biennial event with the new generation Swift and the Future Concept S going to make a compelling statement.
