The entry-level Mahindra TUV300 Plus P4 variant has no-frills appearance and will be appealing to wide band of customers
In the last few months, TUV 300 Plus has been spotted many times and the company has begun delivery of TUV 300 Plus to selected customers even though official launch is yet to happen. Sometimes manufacturers tend to deliver products to potential customers before market launch to fine tune the product.
The TUV 300 Plus spotted here is the entry level P4 variant. Mahindra has given black finish for the front and rear bumper while the chrome on grille has been replaced by black colour. On the side, Mahindra has given black colour for the mirrors and door handle. The TUV 300 Plus also get steel wheels instead of alloy wheels. At the rear, spare wheel get regular black cover.

The interior also continues the stripped theme as the company hasn’t given music system and the P4 variant get manual air-conditioner. We are not expecting Mahindra to pack the TUV 300 Plus model with all the plush features from regular TUV 300 as they are positioning it as a value offering. Mahindra has created extra storage space for the co-passenger as they scooped the dashboard.
We can’t see whether the instrument cluster has been changed for the basic variant. The TUV 300 Plus is basically the stretched variant based on regular TUV 300. The Plus model is longer, wider and taller than the regular model but the wheelbase of 2680 mm continues to be same for the stretched model. Mahindra stretched the C-Pillar to create extra space on third row.
