Mahindra Open Sky Is A Festival With Adventure In Desert

Mahindra Open Sky desert festival blends music, culture, adventure sports in one unique package; will take place near Jodhpur in November

Mahindra & Mahindra group is known for venturing into several unique projects alongside making fortune in the automobile business. The company has now launched a unique desert festival christened as Mahindra Open Sky that celebrates music, culture, adventure sports in one of the brand’s iconic SUVs and all of that will take place in the Thar Desert near Jodhpur in November.

The festival will take place at a camel camp and it will feature special performances by several Indian and international artists. As Mahindra reveals this festival has been designed for 500 guests and it will go on for three days and two nights. The Mahindra Open Sky festival embodies the group’s theme of ‘Live Young, Live Free’, the same spirit its popular SUVs carry.

The festival includes a 2 hour guided tour in one of the iconic Mahindra SUVs, through which the guests will taste the experience of dune bashing in Thar Desert. Interestingly, this is not the first festivals Mahindra is organizing. Every year, Mahindra organises a blues festival as well and apart from that, several adventure sports events are organised every year under Mahindra Adventure.

The festival will start from 24th November and will go on till 26th November at the Reggie’s Camel Camp Osian near Jodhpur. The artists who are going to perform there include Ayushmann Khurana, Papon, Piyush Mishra, Nikhil D’Souza, Sam Lewis and many more. Apart from that, there will several events like movie screenings, bonfire evenings, camel racing etc.

A very interesting part of the festival is going to be the Mahindra off-roading certificate course, in which participant will get training of off-roading in Mahindra SUVs by the experts.
