Mahindra KUV100 Anniversary Edition wears dual-tone exterior and all-black interior; gets Sporty and Premium accessory kit

Mahindra launches Anniversary Edition of the KUV100 micro SUV in the Indian market priced from Rs. 6.37 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The special edition of the KUV100 comes sporting dual-tone exterior and an all-black interior enhancing the appeal. Apart from that, Mahindra is also offering two different accessory kits for both exterior and interior – Sporty and Premium. The Anniversary Edition will be available only on the K8 6-seater variant in both petrol and diesel options.

In terms of design, the Mahindra KUV100 Anniversary Edition appears identical to the regular model. But the dual-tone paint scheme certainly gives it an attractive and distinctive look. They are the Flamboyant Red with Metallic Black roof and Dazzling Silver with Metallic Black roof. The micro-SUV also gets large 15-inch alloy wheels that make it different compared to the regular model.

The KUV100 is the youngest and smallest SUV from the largest SUV manufacturer of India. It gets a compact and muscular design that catches attention very easily. The sharp headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights, chrome garnished bold teeth like front grille, chrome detailing around unusual shaped fog lamps and a muscular looking front bumper make this car pretty impressive.

Not only at exterior, inside the cabin too the KUV 100 Anniversary Edition looks attractive. It dons an all-black interior theme that increases the sporty appeal. Apart from that, the upholstery design has been changed as well. Mahindra has utilised the space inside the cabin of KUV100 very cleverly.

On the powertrain front, the Mahindra KUV100 gets a 1.2-litre G80 petrol engine and there is a 1.2-litre D75 diesel engine on offer as well. Transmission duty is done by a 5-speed manual gearbox. The petrol engine is capable to churn out 82 bhp of peak power and 115 Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, the diesel motor kicks out 77 bhp of peak power and 190 Nm of peak torque.
