Mahindra & Mahindra has really surprised us with a completely new concept SUV at the ongoing 2018 Delhi Auto Expo. What’s most interesting is this is a convertible SUV and first such model from any Indian carmaker. Dubbed the Stinger, the concept SUV comes sub-4 metre compact model and it is based on Mahindra TUV300’s tough platform.
While we have already seen Nissan Murano and Range Rover Evoque, Mahindra’s Stinger convertible SUV is unique and affordable one in signature Mahindra way. However, there is no confirmation about this concept’s production in future. We can hope that this car will be produced in a limited number at least though. In terms of design, the Mahindra Stinger comes wearing a styling similar to the Mahindra XUV Aero concept.

Moving to side profile, we see Mahindra’s convertible SUV concept wearing side scuff plates, large and sporty alloy wheels, black cladding and two doors. At the back, there would be compact LED taillights and a chunky bumper as well. So far, this SUV concept will preview a futuristic model that will not only adopt stylish design language, but off-roading characteristics as well.
