Lexus has come up with a rendering of the upcoming LY 650, which will become its first-ever luxury yacht. The Lexus LY 650 will also become one of the most expensive models from the Japanese premium car marque. The L6 650 takes heavy inspiration from the Sport Yacht concept that made its debut in 2017.

Full specifications of the luxury yacht are yet to be made available but what’s already known is that the car will measure 19.96 metres long and 5.72 metres wide. The Lexus LY 650 will be built by the Marquis-Larson Boat Group, which, in the words of the company has “extensive experience with bespoke boat building.”

However, unlike the small dimensions of the concept, the LY 650 will be quite huge with three different leaves. The lower level of the yacht will offer three luxurious rooms, that can accommodate a total of six people in great luxury. It also has three elaborate bathrooms.

The main level holds leather couches, premium flooring and a retractable flat screen television. There’s also a small bar area, a large kitchen and a feature-laden cockpit with two captain seats. The main deck has wooden flooring and three seating areas at the front of the yacht.

The rear gets another seating area and holds the staircase that leads to the upper deck. The upper deck has another cockpit and a wraparound couch. Powering the Lexus LY 650 will be two Volvo-sourced engines, including the IPS 1200 and IPS 1350 units. The yacht has a 1,000 gallons (3,785-litres) fuel tank that feeds fuel to the engine.

The launch date is yet to be announced officially but there are good chances of this luxury yacht going on sale in the second half of 2019.
