Now the pricing of the adventure pick up has come under light, although not officially. According to an Isuzu dealership in Mumbai the adventure pick up’s pricing will start from Rs. 12.49 lakh (ex showroom, Mumbai).

Isuzu showcased their well known adventure pick up D-Max V-Cross at the New Delhi Auto Expo 2016 earlier this year in February. At the automotive event the automaker revealed the pre launch price of the pick up, which is Rs. 15 lakh (ex showroom, Chennai). The new generation Isuzu D-Max V-Cross pick up trucks will be built at a 70% localization rate at the automaker’s Sri City plant in Andhra Pradesh. The localization rate is expected to be increased in future as well; therefore the car will be available much cheaper in Indian market, as the Isuzu revealed a few days ago. Although in India Isuzu is not quite popular brand, but the automaker is expecting to grab a fare share of the market with their D-Max V-Cross pick up truck.

The car is very popular in South East Asian market for its off-roading character and toughness. The car comes with multifunction steering wheel, six position adjustable driver seat, multi information display capacitated instrument cluster, seven inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control and 60:40 split rear seats.

Power source for the adventure pick up is a 2.5 litre (2499 cc displacement) four cylinder VGS turbodiesel engine which is paired with a five speed manual gearbox. The engine churns out 134 hp of peak power at 3600 rpm and 320 Nm of peak torque in between 1800 to 2800 rpm. The pick up truck is available in 4WD system, which makes it a tough off-roader.
