The year 2015 is full of new launches and facelift models coming in. With the pool of launches lined up, it comes as a surprise to all the car enthusiasts that even Isuzu is planning to launch its Crosswind which is nothing but the Chevrolet Tavera in the Indian market. The Isuzu Crosswind will manufactured at Isuzu Sri City Andra Pradesh plant.
As per the sources, the Isuzu Crosswind is going to be offered with newly designed 15-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels along with an aluminum black side step board. It will also offer body colored bumpers and a new silver grille. It is said that the company is going to offer the Crosswind in many color schemes likes Hunter Green and Dark Silver, Cosmic Black, Garnet Red, and Splash White to give variety to the customers.
Coming to its features, it is likely that the 2015 Crosswind for the Indian market will come with a DVD/CD/MP3/WMA/JPG player with USB functions, spoiler integrated reverse camera, reverse sensors and an alarm system already fit into it.
Mechanically, the passenger vehicle is going to be powered by 2.5-litre 4-cylinder diesel mill churning out 85 PS of power mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as a standard one . As per the company, its suspension system has also been worked to give better occupant comfort level to its users.
As per speculations, Once launched, it is sure to go heads on with the Chevrolet Tavera, Maruti Ertiga, Renault Lodgy and Chevrolet Enjoy. Lets wait and watch for the Chevrolet Tavera Facelift to do wonders along the Indian shores to make other competitors feel the strong heat.
