Suzuki is mulling the launch of Vitara Brezza in Indonesian market; the SUV was displayed at GIIAS 2016
Made-in-India Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is expected to be exported to Indonesian market. Suzuki is currently mulling the plan to launch the made-in-India compact SUV in the South-East country where demand for UVs are pretty high. Vitara Brezza’s success in the Indian market has inspired Suzuki to launch it in other countries as well.
What’s more interesting is Suzuki showcased the Vitara Brezza compact SUV in Indonesia at the GIIAS 2016. However, it is not sure when the brand will introduce this car there. The only fact that is bothering the Japanese auto manufacturer is launching Vitara Brezza in Indonesia could affect the sales of S-Cross crossover there. Shipping the Vitara Brezza from India would certainly boost the central government’s Make-in-India initiative.
Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is one of the bestselling SUVs in the domestic market. Within short span after its arrival, the brand has seen immense success with this car. The Vitara Brezza alone helped the Indo-Japanese automaker to grab a large chunk in the highly competitive UV segment of the domestic market. Now, Suzuki wants to replicate the success in other markets as well.
In terms of styling, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza appears very stylish and appealing with its bold design. It gets projector lamps, bull horn pattern LED daytime running lights and LED inserts at taillights. A chrome trim equipped aggressive front grille is there. Dual tone exterior paint scheme along with alloy wheels, black cladding adds sportiness to this compact SUV.
Not only exterior styling, inside the cabin too, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza looks feature rich and appealing. It gets multifunction steering light, unique looking analog and digital display consisting instrument cluster, touchscreen infotainment system at centre console with piano black trim around it. It offers ample space to the occupants ensuring a comfortable journey experience.
On the powertrain front, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza gets 1.3-litre DDiS 200 diesel engine that is capable of kicking out 90 PS of peak power at 4,000 rpm and 200 Nm of peak torque at 1,750 rpm. The brand is working on a petrol engine powered model as well that is expected to launch soon.
