The changes on 2019 Africa Twin are focused on aesthetics along with minor mechanical updates to make it more potent during off-roading

Honda unveiled 2019 Africa Twin and the Africa Twin Adventure Sports at the Paris Motor Show. The Japanese manufacturer didn’t showcase the updated models at Intermot this year as they are giving more importance for PMS, which is a car show and the company might have got more reach if they revealed the updated Africa Twin at Intermot.

The 2019 Africa Twins comes with minor aesthetic changes and they are available with new matte black colour or new white, red and dark blue colours. Honda has also given a golden colour for the rims but the Adventure Sports model gets a white colour and the tri-colour model comes with a new black logo.

The overall design has been carried over from predecessor with dual headlamps and handlebar is positioned slightly higher on the body. The semi-fairing design helps the rider during highway rides as it deflects the wind. Honda has also made the seats slightly softer, which will help during long rides.

The Africa Twin comes with 45 mm inverted forks at the front and pro-link monoshock at the rear. But the company has made some changes to the suspension of the Adventure Sports model as it gets more travel compared to the regular model as 9.9-inch at front and 9.4-inch at the rear. This will improve the off-road riding of the Africa Twin Adventure.
