Hyundai to debut new Saga SUV Concept at Sao Paulo Motor Show next month and some of the design elements will be carried over to the new HB20 hatchback

Hyundai is going to reveal the all-new Saga SUV concept at the Sao Paulo Motor Show, Brazil which starts on November 8. The new concept will be based on Hyundai’s latest design language and some of the elements will be carried over to next generation HB20 premium hatchback for the Brazilian market.

The company has released two new teasers of Saga SUV Concept and the first one reveals the coupe-like roofline with muscular wheel arches. The front gets signature cascading grille of Hyundai along with boomerang shape for the fog lamp housing and it is carried to the rear also. The company has given swept back LED headlamps.

The mirrors are placed on the A-pillar and blinkers are integrated into it. The side profile gives the impression of shorter length and it might look similar to Nexon. The second teaser image shows the sharp LED tail lamps and the Hyundai logo placed on the hatch door. The bumper also gets a unique design theme.

The company hasn’t given details about interior or the powertrain but some reports indicate that it might get EV option along with regular combustion engines. The HB20 test mules have been already spotted on public roads and it might carry forward some design cues from new generation Grand i10 spotted in India.
