Hyundai Organized ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ to Celebrate its 20 Years in India

The Hyundai ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ brought 15129 customers in 567 locations across India

Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) is celebrating its 20 years of foundation in the country. The South Korean automaker is the second largest manufacturer in India and the largest passenger car exporter in the country. The company has recently organized the ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ across the country on 22nd May, 2016 as a part of its 20 years celebration. Through this program the automaker reached to its customers and gathered around 15129 customers at 567 locations in 324 cities across the country.

The objective of the ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ was to bring large number of Hyundai customers at points in a same day and giving them the first hand experience of services, products and the brand as a whole. Through this campaign the company also tried to strengthen its relation with the customers across the country.

Hyundai senior officials spearheaded the program across the country. Through the ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ customers were offered an 18 point check up of the cars with added benefits. The customers were also offered various benefits like car servicing, free car wash and test drives. There were engaging interactive activities like face painting, various games. A special initiative under the ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ was free basic check up for the Hyundai customers.

While inaugurating the ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ in Chennai, Mr. Y K Koo, MD and CEO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) explained, the ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ as an initiative to enhance and reinforce Hyundai brand’s association with its customers across India. As customers’ needs and preferences are constantly evolving with time, Hyundai is trying to understand and provide the best products and services to its valued customers.

He believes that, such programs help the company to come closer to its customers and improve its services. Mr. Y K Koo also said, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) is happy to receive overwhelming response from more than 15000 customers across the country. In near future the company is planning to organize similar programs as part of its 20 years celebration.
