Hyundai will use this festive season to garner customers from the mass segment courtesy of the new Santro. Carrying the traditional design of the original Santro and endorsed as a contemporary family car with Tallboy concept, the new hatchback is destined for success and its pricing will hold the key for consistent sales.

Considering the way Hyundai prices its new vehicles, the new Santro is expected to be feature-laden as well. The second largest automaker in the country won’t rest on its laurels either next year as a slew of new products are waiting to be released including another volume attractive sub-four-metre SUV based on the Carlino concept.

The South Korean brand will introduce its first-ever pure electric Kona EV in limited numbers in 2019 as well. Hyundai updated its Elite i20 at the 2018 Auto Expo and in August 2017 the latest generation Verna came into the fore. In the opening months of last year, Hyundai also revised its top-selling Grand i10 and Xcent sedan.

It appears like the next round of updates could come in the coming years with a heavily revised Elantra kickstarting things. The Elantra recently received a major facelift with exterior and interior enhancements making it far better than it had ever been in international markets, and it is expected to enter India down the line.
New-Gen Hyundai Elite i20 rendering

It got us thinking how would a similar design fit on the Verna, Elite i20 and Grand i10. Courtesy of a set of renderings, they do look quite spectacular compared to the existing versions. Make no mistake, Hyundai cars are some of the best lookers out there on road and the styling changes may catapult their attention more.

The sharper front fascia is complemented by the sportier grille and an aggressive bumper while the rear section on the renderings are equally impressive with pronounced tail lamps.
