The EV variant get same design theme as regular model except for some changes like closed grille to reduce drag and improve efficiency. The charging port is hidden on left side of grille.

The projector headlamp with integrated DRLs has a small blue accent and new alloy wheels, which are designed to reduce drag. The rear continues the same design theme as regular model. The interior is going to be same for EV model and features list includes 7 inch touch screen infotainment system, climate control, leather seats, cruise control and more.

Kia hasn’t revealed details about power output of Niro EV but the concept model at CES produces 201 bhp, so we can expect production model to come with similar power output.

The KX3 EV also come with lots of safety features like airbags, ABS, ESP, pedestrian protection system and more. We can expect Hyundai to develop an EV model based on Creta platform and it could come with next generation model. Hyundai is planning to launch Kona EV next year in India.
