Dirt Machine Custom Motorcycles is a customisation shop based in Indore. There latest project is called Combat the war machine which is based on Royal Enfield Classic 500. The custom shop has completely redesigned the classic 500 and turns it into a modern bike with lots of retro elements also. The changes start with new custom headlamps with LEDs and the stock telescopic front fork has been replaced by upside down forks.

The twin pod instrument cluster is finished in black colour and it is shared from stock Classic 500 but they haven’t given tachometer on the second console. The single piece handle bar comes from KTM bikes and it is finished in black colour. The fuel tank comes from stock bike but they have added plastic protectors on the side which is finished in black to go with the overall theme.

The front and rear fenders are custom made for Combat. Dirt Machine Custom has used stock twin gas charged suspension at rear but the swingarm is completely new and the ground clearance has been reduced.

The rear tyre is massive 150 section which rides on Michelin Pilot Road 4 and front gets 120 section rubber. The alloy wheels have been replaced by aluminium rim which has 80 spokes. The custom shop has given twin disc brakes at front with Bybre calipers and single disc brake at rear. The Combat also get LED tail lamps which are small and placed underneath the front seat.

Dirt Machine Custom hasn’t given details about the engine whether it is stock or retuned. The stock Royal Enfield Classic 500 is powered by 499 cc single cylinder engine producing 27.2 bhp of power at 5,250 rpm and 41.3 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. This engine is mated to 5 speed gearbox. The custom shop hasn’t revealed price of modifications but Combat is certainly one of the unique modifications on Classic 500.
