Dhana Stickers is an automotive customization shop based in Chennai. They focus on giving custom paint job and wrapping for two wheelers. In the latest project, they turned a Standard 350 into a Royal Enfield Classic with some modern touches. The change starts with headlamp which gets LED lamps instead of standard bulb and they are blackened for an aggressive look.
The indicators are also given same finish along with new mudguard which comes from Classic model. Dhana Stickers replaced regular forks with telescopic forks which also come from Classic 350. The fuel tank is carried over from the stock bike but they have given rubber protectors on either side of the tank. The fuel tank and other body parts are finished in orange colour.
The custom shop has given new wider handle bar which is positioned higher to give a comfortable riding position. The foot pegs are carried over from stock bike along with single pod instrument cluster. Dhana Stickers has given new crash guard which is surrounded by nylon rope. The stock seat of Standard has been replaced by Classic seat which is lower and wider.
The rear suspension of Standard is again replaced by Classic suspension. The entire tail piece section of stock bike is taken out and instead they have given the same tail section of Classic series. The custom shop has given alloy wheels which get black finish at both front and rear as it goes well with the overall look of the bike.
The engine appears to be carried over from stock bike as the Standard 350 is powered by 346 cc single cylinder engine producing 19.8 hp of power at 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. This engine is mated to 5 speed gearbox. The custom shop has given disc brakes at front and rear which might come from other Royal Enfield bikes. The cost of this modification is not yet revealed by the custom shop.
