Datsun Experience Zone will give customers hands-on opportunity to learn about the Redi-GO exclusively in an interactive manner
Datsun India has kicked off the ‘Datsun Experience Zone’, an experiential activity for customers across 360 different locations in 27 cities pan India. This spring season will see four purposely-designed canter experience vans wearing Datsun livery covering the length and breadth of our vast country for delivering a hands-on experience of the Redi-GO small urban hatchback.
The consumer-targetted activity focusses on familiarising the Datsun brand and popularise the Redi-GO. For the first time ever, the customers in these 27 cities can experience the car by taking it out on a test drive while having fun through some entertaining games. The Datsun Experience Zone is aimed at engaging, showcasing and helping consumers to learn about the best-in-class features of the Redi-GO like ground clearance and cabin space at a convenient place.
The vans will be transformed into a platform for interactions with customers and it will provide space for an emcee to introduce the redi-GO, distribute Datsun brand merchandise, and showcase the redi-GO’s best-in-class features in addition to the chance of playing a special motion sensor driving game with steering control projected on a giant LED wall screen.
The Redi-GO tall hatch entered Indian market back in June 2016. Since then, the Nissan-owned budget brand has managed to sell around 2,000 units averagely every month. Addressing its popularity and to increase sales, Datsun introduced the Sport version of the Redi-GO in limited numbers at the end of September 2016. Last month, Redi-GO helped Nissan to achieve YoY sales increase of 25 percent.
